The Tay Dancers video does not follow the original dance description.
In the original description for bars 17-24: 1st couple dance up crossing over to second place on own sides to dance reels of three on the sides with 2nd and 3rd couples. 2nd couple dance in and down and 3rd couple dance out and down to enter the reels. [Quotation from original description]
The Tay Dancers have the 3rd couple dancing out and up.

Thanks for taking the trouble to report this. However there is actually already a comment to that effect on the SCDDB video. See http://my.strathspey.org/dd/dancevideo/4221/ - I think the comment should be visible however you view the video on the my.strathspey website (but am not entirely sure).
I think we have already taken care of this so will mark the issue as ignored (no further action required).
