This is the same album as #443 Play Basingstoke Ball.
Production data for this album is 2003 (not 2004), so it matches with the entry for Play Basingstoke Ball.
The confusion seems to stem from Highlander Music’s printed catalog, which confusing lists the album as McBain’s Scottish Country Dance Band Live.
To fix, I’d suggest renaming #443 to Basingstoke Hall Live 1971 so it agrees with the physical CD, and deleting this entry (as this one lacks all the tune data).

I have renamed album #443 (http://my.strathspey.org/dd/album/443/) as suggested. Also adding a note, not yet visible on the user web page, linking to this issue.
I have marked album #464 as to be deleted. However as mentioned it was entered with a slightly different year.
The deletion page also mentions deleting both media and CDDB ID objects. The former is visible both on the web page and exists in the daily dumps of the database and is clearly a duplicate.
But the CDDB ID appears nowhere so is not possible to check if, for example, there was a reissue perhaps with a different ID.
So I have hesitated and not yet deleted this very probable duplicate.
It would be a useful confirmation if all the data stored in the database, such as CDDB IDs was available somehow in a future release of the web interface and daily dump format.
