Anselm, I’ve attempted to draw a diagram for this dance, working from your crib. I’m not sure I understand the dance. Is the reel of 4 really only for 6 bars to leave 1+4 in the middle? On bar 24 is it not 1M and 4W who face out?

The order of couples at the start of the reel is 2143 – this sort-of follows from bars 1-8, which put 1st and 4th couples in the middle, and the crib probably ought to have said »2c+1c« instead of »1c+2c« (similarly for 3rd and 4th couples). I changed that in the crib.
You’re correct about 1M and 4W facing out at the end of bar 24; I fixed that, too.
