There is a wider problem than just the automatic online source link to the page for this dance.
This relatively new feature links to the page in the PDF file, irrespective of what the number of the bottom of that page may be. Unfortunately some books (both paper and PDF) start with unnumbered pages and in that case the page numbering in the PDF link will be off. Here I think all such links in this book were off by 2.
Someone clearly carefully entered all those page numbers as they found them originally, perhaps in a printed version. I see Roland has updated them all for the PDF (thanks!) but they might be wrong in a paper copy.
Really what we need is a way to add an offset from the page number at the bottom of a printed page to the page in the PDF file. This would need an update to the database schema. Either to the publication record, or perhaps better for generality, to the online source URL for the publication.
