Please change the formation “reel of four - across” to “reel of four - across from/to sidelines”. Source is Books 13-18 combined, bars 9-16 of the dance. Regards Bill Unger

I have made this change. However there is a general problem with the present formation system which is that the more specifically we describe figures, especially reels of which there are many variants, the harder it is to search for dances containing any kind of reel. Each of the listed formations is considered as completely different in the complex dance search feature.
It is hoped to have a new formation system one day which would allow the concept that reels of 4 across starting from a sides are a kind of general reel of 4. With a long term view and in the hope that this will come we may use the specific formation. With a shorter term view it may be considered “better” to just use the more generic figure for the moment. This is just background for why the more specific figures may not be used at the moment.
