The first tandem half reel indeed has no lead change, but the second one does. From the Quick Scotch Footbook (available through the Leeds Branch) : 9-16 1st couple dance 1/2 of Double Triangles to change places with partner and dance 1/2 Alternating Tandem right shoulder reel of three…
It would be helpful if the Crib notes included this information, which otherwise has to be inferred.
