Please add in Extra Info Mrs Litten was caretaker at Potten End Village Hall, where the Berkhamsted Strathspey & Reel Club has danced for many years: Mrs Litten was caretaker from July 1957 until her retirement in March 1975. This dance was dedicated to her as a reminder of the happy association that the club enjoyed with her over those years. On her retirement this dance was presented in a frame to Mrs Litten by the Children’s Class, who then danced it for her. The club ran a Children’s Class for many years in 1960s & 70s under the instruction of Colin Garrett, Rosemary Crawford and Stephen Webb.
