Additional info: You asked if anyone had a copy of this dance re: 2 chords. I have recently received a photocopy from an original JD publication (not stated) and it says: In this dance 3rd and 4th couples start on wrong sides of the dance. So he doesn’t ask for 2 chords (as he does in many other of his dances) but 3s and 4s are on opposite sides.
