In case it helps: the date of this publication around 1967-68. I have the original leaflet published by Mozart Allan. The blue cover is undated, likewise the notices “Copyright - Bill Hamilton” at the foot of each set of instructions (for Ian Powrie’s Farewell… and for Mrs. Ian P of West Kirkton). But the music for Ian Powrie, the tune “West Kirkton” is marked “Copyright 1967 by John McGregor” - the composer, and I can recall the dance being tauight to the Manchester University SCD class by Dr. Ian Hall, then Chairman of Manchester Branch, at some point in the 1968-69 season.
