On p.2 the book gives copyrights for all separate dances and music At the bottom it says: Book: The San Francisco Collection, Volume 2 copyrightsymbol R…S…C…D…S… San Francisco Branch, 1997
The foreword on the next page begins with: This book is a long overdue sequel to “San Francisco Collection”, first published in 1979. So there you have the publ.date of that book too.
