I own this book. The cover says 1963 1988 Winnipeg Branch Silver Jubilee Book of Dances
The first page commentary is dated 1988.

Many thanks for providing all this information. Ive added the publication date, a brief extra info and the dances and the devisers where they are new to the database.
For Silver Threads the database has a tune Brig of Perth attributed to Donald Dow (which corresponds to the tune on The Session website). It looks as though the Brig 'o Perth by Joe Kerr is a different tune so I also added that.
