The minimum information is type of dance (Reel/Jig/Strathspey/Medley), number of bars and ideally number of couples and set shape for each dance. If you are happy to send a PDF of the instructions then we can add details of steps, formations, progression etc. And it would be possible for people to write cribs or provide diagrams - though thats generally on specific request.
