Easy on the Brain is a 3C dance devised by Gaye Collin and published in ‘Creative in Lockdown’. The instructions in the book say it is a 32bar Jig for 3Cs. However the music recommended with the dance is ‘Tap the Barrel’ from the RSCDS Third Graded Book, which is a reel. The Strathspey Server states that the dance is a reel.
