I slightly changed the name of this dance to “(Wild) Rice and Lefse” several years ago, to emphasize the connection to Minnesota. Wild Rice is a native plant, and Lefse is a popular food that reflects the Norwegian heritage of many Minnesotans. Can you add (Wild) Rice and Lefse as an alternate title please.
