Indeed. In fact Ian Brockbank’s whole www.scottishdance.net website is unavailable. There is nothing with https://www.scottishdance.net and with less secure http://www.scottishdance.net there is a message that the “nginx” server needs configuration.
Possibly he is in the process of some update. But if this persists we can ask wider if anyone knows more. Ian’s email address seems to be via the same site so if his site has gone he may not contactable that way either.

Hi all,
The domain name scottishdance.net is registered until February 2025; the site may be down or being updated, but that probably doesn’t prevent the e-mail from working. I’m waiting for a reply from Ian.
