Thanks for reporting. However in fact the database has a reasonably correct start time (9:44). There seems to be a problem that youtube sometimes decides to ignore requested start times and is determined to start playing from wherever you previously left off in a long video. As far as I know there is nothing we can do about this on the SCDDB side.
