The “Robertson” listed here is actually Sir Hugh Stevenson Roberton (1874 - 1952) who achieved international fame as conductor of The Glasgow Orpheus Choir. The tune exists in a number of mutations including “Bonnie Strathyre” and “The Muckin’ o’ Geordie’s Byre” so it is probably one of his arrangements rather than an original composition.
