Hello Finlay. Thanks for reporting this, but you just mentioned “the band” whereas there seem to be two different recordings of this tune.
One by the Lothian band (https://my.strathspey.org/dd/recording/1901/) and one by John McGregor SDB (https://my.strathspey.org/dd/recording/1533/).
Are they both claiming the wrong tune? Or is it wrong in only one of those recordings - and if so which one?
Or are you saying that the two SCDDB tune entries Murdo Mackenzie of Plockton (https://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/5258/) and Edmund Mackenzie of Plockton (https://my.strathspey.org/dd/tune/2159/) are really the same tune and we should merge them under the Edmund name?
