The DB has this as “4 couples” though it would be better described as “4 couples (1x,3x)”.

Its a demonstration dance - presented to Ken Sumby by members of the Western Australia Branch Demonstration Team on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
The three medley sections are all different and are mostly described in four bar phrases with detailed hints on transitions between them. Quite a challenge to write a minicrib for it I think.
