the dance is correctly listed as a jig, but the recommended tune is incorrectly given as The King’s Reel – the correct tune is, of course, Coming through the Rye

I have added the tune “Comin’ through the Rye”, but want to leave it to our musicians to decide whether “The King’s Reel” should be deleted. All three SCDDB-listed recordings in which this tune appears are Reels, but it is listed for three dances, a Strathspey, a Reel and this Jig. Most odd. Eric

This is probably a typo considering that The King’s Reel is the tune for the dance Capelthwaite, which happens to occupy the page spread preceding that for Coming Through the Rye in the SF Collection (volume 2), where both these dances are published.

It is safe to remove The King’s Reel from the record for Coming Through the Rye. I just did it, so we can consider the issue fixed.
