A comment to Keith Rose - there is a typo in the diagram. The name of the deviser is Butterfield, not Burrerfield.

I presume that Keith is ready to upload a fixed copy of the diagram, but right now there is still a (known) bug in the diagram bulk upload code that I need to fix. (Plus an unknown number of hitherto unknown bugs that may come to the surface when Keith tries uploading diagrams again – I do test my programs but experience tells us that as soon as you add other users to new code all bets are off.)
Please bear with me for a couple of days and don’t heckle Keith – it’s not his fault.

I had understood that uploading diagrams by Keith had been enabled and worked; I upgraded this one to “urgent” to draw attention to this long-waiting issue (Keith told me he has many more diagrams waiting), not to attach blame or put pressure on you or Keith.
Please do take all the time you need to fix any bugs. Your work is immensely appreciated.
