The bars 1-4 of the diagram is technically right (1M and 2L change place, then 1L and 2M change place). However, the starting places do not appear to be on the correct sides (men on the men’s side, ladies on the ladies’ side). I would suggest revising bars 1-4 of the diagram. It would also make that part of the diagram look consistent with bars 9-12.
