I can solve the problem of the additional 5 dances listed by Eric Fergusson as part of The Silver Collection. I have the original dance book, which has the first 10 dances. I also have the original CD which has recordings for all 15 dances. The instructions for the additional 5 dances are in the CD booklet (with a ghillie watermark). There is a note on the CD that these additional dances are from a series of leaflet dances devised by and dedicated to Branch members to celebrate special occasions.

With the information provided from Sandra directly to me and Eric, I was able to solve the confusion in the database. I have added the CD booklet as a separate publication (because that is where the 5 dances are described). I removed the dances from the publication “The Silver Collection”. Finally, I have added extra information to the entries of “The Silver Collection”, the CD booklet and the album itself containing explanation and cross-links among them… and removed Eric’s description of the (now resolved) problem from the “The Silver Collection” extra info.
