The header for Keith’s diagram includes “8x32”. To be consistent with other detail in the database, including the music, I suspect that it should be “4x32”.

Keith’s diagram also shows the dance as 3C/4L. Unless it has been changed on the last revision of book 17 (can someone please check) the dance is 4C/4L (final words: 2nd, 3rd and 4th couples step up on bars 31 · 32.). Eric

According to the combined A5 edition of Books 13 to 18, which is the most recent version according to the Society, it’s a four-couple dance in a four-couple set. Slow jigs being the sure-fire crowd-pleasers that they are, I’m pretty sure most people would consider four times through the dance to be ample.
