In the diagram you seem to show that couples 1-3 end on opposite sides after the final half circle. Maybe I’ve misread this, but they are on the opposite side BEFORE the pivot and end the dance on their usual sides.

The 3x 1x 2x above the chase symbol in bars 29-32 represents the starting position of the dancers for this figure, with 3C at the top, then 1C in 2nd place and 2C in 3rd place, all on opposite sides (or nearly there, depending how far they get in the circle). I have modified the diagram to show that all 3 couples pivot left on bar 28, not just 1st couple as my diagram implied. I have also added a 4 bar marker here to help define the phrasing.
