Produced in a limited edition of 1000 copies.
Noted SCD teacher Andrew McConnell produced a sheet of notes on various of the dances in the book which he handed out at the 2012 Summer School in St Andrews. He writes: “I would prefer if my notes were not formally available on the internet as they may be liable to misinterpretation or may even cause disagreement!
