From the dance notes: “After a rather strenuous night of dancing, Don suggested that I write a dance for Robin Stewart as a joke. I was to make it as complicated as possible since Robin always despairs when I introduce one of our challenge dances (so, of course, it had to end with a Tournée though Robin swears he never has trouble with the Tournée). Use a brisk strathspey tune.”
