Because of the unusual progression ...

Because of the unusual progression, all are back in original places after three turns of the dance; couples never move between odd- and even-numbered places.

On 2nd chord, 4c+5c+6c cross to opposite sides. The dance is centro-symmetrical ; we will use »centre« and »ends« rather than »top« and »bottom«, »off« means towards the centre.

1c+6c cross RH, cast »off« one (2c+5c to ends) ; ½Fig8 round the nearest centre couple (to 2,1,3,4x,6x,5x)
Two Reels3{6} on each sideline, 1c+6c starting in and towards end, and 3c+4c casting into the reel | all three pairs on each sideline make a full turn (easy hand at the ends, BH in the middle)
1c+6c ½ Fig8 round nearest end couple while{} 3c+4c circle4 L ; all C turn RH ½ to face up/down in pairs, all set (2x,1,3x,4,6x,5)
Double 3c Allemande: the first step to the right separates the two threes, the leading couples do not pass each other, the others fall in behind (to 5,4,1,6x,3x,2x)
