Formation Petronella - tandem 56

According to notes at the end of Bankhead Book Part 2 John Drewry writes that Petronella in Tandem was first used by Alec Hay of Wellington, NZ and Marie Boehmer of Ontario, Canada. However the name was assigned by Drewry.
