This instruction should be added to directions or the Extra Notes: (Couples decide independently who will be Partner 1 and Partner 2.)

Also, the last paragraph of the notes has some little typos. The paragraph should read:

This dance was devised for a first class back after a hiatus due to Covid and avoids taking hands. If dancers are now comfortable taking hands in setting or changing places, they may! If dancers prefer not to take hands and instead hold champagne glasses, they may clink between the advance and the retire!
