Related tune: "Come Ashore Jolly Tar". If you compare the (untitled) tune printed in Book 7 to “Jacky Tar“ from Kerr's, you can see that this is recognisably the same tune but the parts are in a different order and there are variations in the RSCDS book that aren't in Kerr's.
