When filmed the dance was still being tweaked hence some of the experimentation occurring. It was written by Laura Wheater in response to Marc’s story about a close encounter of the slow kind with an amazonian sloth. Thus the 3 clawed toes in the air and the slow reel.

Crib is accurate and is correct.

End dancers set advancing one place, set again advancing to pass one another - middles dance two petronella turns and become ends.

Repeat from new positions - dancers will be half way through a normal reel of 4.
